Au pair details (excluding contact information) can be viewed by all visitors to the site.
However, family details can only be viewed by registered au pairs who are logged onto the site.
Our username and password secure login prevents unauthorised access, ensuring that every operation is only carried out by someone who has a right to do so.
Family contact details are used by Direct Au Pairs administrators only, to contact families if required, and are never made available to any other party.
